La Jenny 40th birthday party

Programme of festivities :

• 9.45 am at the pool: 40th anniversary sports tournaments for a Triathlon: swimming, running, archery, under the guidance of Vinny for children and adults, men and women: FLA registration at the forum this Sunday at 7 pm then at the chalet info during the week, for 4 categories: young people aged 12 to 17, adults aged 18 to 34, adults aged 35 to 49, adults aged 50 and over,
• 11.15 am: Balloon release into the pool for the little ones to enjoy,
• 3 p.m.: Children’s face painting with games, chess and photo opportunity for the children.
• 6 p.m.: Parade of a percussion group with 3 Brazilian dancers, in the centre of the village, then through the village with the flatbed truck, not forgetting the Golf course.
• Throughout the week, there will be a free tombola with lots of prizes to be won by adults and children (one ticket per person). These prizes have been donated by ALL the village’s shopkeepers, FLA and SCI. Tickets for the raffle will be available from 2pm on Monday in each shop, where you can write your surname, first name, chalet number and telephone number in capital letters. The 2 ballot boxes for children and adults will be at the SCI office all week. Then, on Sunday 16 July under the arch in the village square, before the draw in the evening with immediate delivery of the prizes.
• 6.30pm: Aperitif and Brazilian meal organised by Matthieu and Karl in the bar and restaurant (don’t forget to make reservations at the restaurant)
• 9pm: presentation of sports trophies for the 8 categories
• 9.15pm, drawing of the tombola on the evening of the festivities
• 9.30 p.m., the fancy dress musical evening with samba music until 2 a.m.
